このサブエージェントを選ぶ理由
インバウンドの問い合わせはWebフォームや共有メールに届いたあと、誰かがERPNextにコピーしてタグを付け、担当を決めるのを待つ。その作業が終わる頃には、見込み客はもう他社に行っていることが多い。
このエージェントはすべての問い合わせを取得して内容を読み、担当者を割り当てたERPNextリードを作成・ルーティングする。見込み客にはすぐに確認の返信が届き、担当者にはSlackで通知が飛ぶので、初動が速い。フォームとCRMの隙間からリードがこぼれ落ちることはもうない。
