このサブエージェントを選ぶ理由
人気のポジションには何百件もの応募が集まり、採用担当者は同じチェックリストで履歴書を何度も読み返す。遅いし、金曜には基準がぶれ、山が高くなると良い候補者まで流し読みで通り過ぎてしまう。
このエージェントは求人票の評価基準ですべての応募者をスコアリングし、各項目に判断理由を添えるので、ランキングに根拠がある。上位をショートリスト化し、残りをフラグ付けして、ランク付きリストを採用チャンネルに投稿する。採用担当者は未整理の受信箱ではなく、すでに揃ったリストから始められる。
