このサブエージェントを選ぶ理由
メールの多いGmailアカウントは、未整理のメールの山になりがちです。フィルタは事前に想定したものしか捉えられないため、新しい種類のメールはラベルなしで届き、せっかく作り上げた分類体系も次第に機能しなくなっていきます。
このエージェントは、届いたメールを1通ずつ読み、送信者ルールだけでなくメールの内容に基づいて、独自の分類体系から適切なラベルを自動で付与します。ニュースレター、クライアントとのやり取り、請求書が、届いた瞬間に自動で振り分けられます。受信ボックスを開けば、すでに自分のやり方で整理された状態になっています。
