このサブエージェントを選ぶ理由
バグはSlackで報告された後、消えていく。誰かが問題を書き込み、何人かがリアクションし、誰も起票しないままスレッドは流れていく。記録が残っていないから、翌週また同じ問題が報告される。
このエージェントはサポートチャンネルで報告された問題を読み、適切なキューに整理されたLinearチケットを起票する。重大度も再現手順もメッセージから抽出する。スレッドにリンク付きで返信するため、報告者は進捗を追える。誰かが手動で転記することを覚えているかどうかに左右されることはない。
