このサブエージェントを選ぶ理由
どのサポートチームも同じ回答を一日中打ち直している。マクロライブラリは一向に追いつかない。マクロを書くこと自体が面倒で、いつも後回しにされるからだ。
このエージェントは解決済みチケットを読み、エージェントが手書きし続けている回答を見つけ、リーダーが承認するだけですぐ使えるマクロを作成する。各マクロにはトリガーとタイトルの候補が付いているので、追加は「書く作業」ではなく「YesかNoか」の判断で済む。マクロライブラリがようやくチームの実際の表現を反映し、繰り返しの入力は激減する。
