Le premier tri des candidatures est la phase du recrutement qu'on bâcle. Les CV ont droit à six secondes de regard, les critères dérivent du matin au soir, et les raisons d'un refus ne sont jamais consignées.
Cet agent accorde à chaque candidature la même première lecture et renvoie une fiche d'évaluation argumentée, avec points forts, réserves et recommandation claire. Les profils limites sont signalés pour un avis humain plutôt qu'écartés d'un revers de main. Le responsable du recrutement ouvre une file déjà évaluée, raisonnement à l'appui, si bien que les cas serrés ont enfin droit à un second regard.
