Trả lời email thường nhật ngốn hàng giờ, nhưng tự động hóa hoàn toàn lại rủi ro vì một lần gửi sai sẽ đến thẳng khách hàng. Agent này đọc từng chuỗi email đến, soạn bản nháp theo giọng văn của bạn, rồi chờ người duyệt.
Bản nháp xuất hiện trong Slack kèm nút Duyệt và Chỉnh sửa. Không có gì được gửi đi cho đến khi con người xác nhận. Email được duyệt sẽ gửi qua SMTP và được ghi log, nên bạn luôn có nhật ký kiểm tra ai đã gửi gì, khi nào.
