Câu trả lời mở trong khảo sát là trường thông tin giá trị nhất, nhưng cũng là thứ chẳng ai có thời gian đọc từng dòng. Pipeline này sẽ gom nhóm chúng lại giúp bạn.
Các phản hồi được embed và phân cụm trong Qdrant để những câu trả lời giống nhau tự gom về một chỗ, rồi mỗi cụm được gắn một nhãn chủ đề ngắn gọn kèm số lượng. Các chủ đề được trả về và xếp hạng theo mức độ xuất hiện, kèm theo những trích dẫn nguyên văn để bạn đọc được tiếng nói thật sự đằng sau mỗi chủ đề.
