Ở quy mô lớn, bản ghi bất thường báo hiệu gian lận hay một feed bị hỏng trông y hệt hàng triệu bản ghi xung quanh nó. Luồng này tìm ra các điểm ngoại lai bằng độ tương đồng, chứ không phải bằng luật.

Mỗi bản ghi được embed và lập chỉ mục; một truy vấn KNN đo xem nó nằm cách các láng giềng bao xa, và bất cứ thứ gì vượt ngưỡng đều bị đánh dấu. Các điểm bị đánh dấu được gửi về kèm theo các láng giềng gần nhất, cung cấp cho agent xử lý phía sau đủ bối cảnh để phán đoán liệu đó có phải một điểm bất thường thật sự hay không.
