Khách hỏi hỗ trợ trên WhatsApp và muốn có câu trả lời ngay, nhưng bot chung chung thì chỉ biết bịa. Agent này neo mọi câu trả lời vào chính tài liệu hỗ trợ của bạn, nên nó đáp dựa trên chính sách thật chứ không đoán mò.
Mỗi câu trả lời đều trích dẫn bài viết nguồn, và khi không có gì khớp, nó chuyển khách sang người thật. Câu hỏi thường gặp có đáp án chính xác ngay trong phút, còn nhân viên của bạn chỉ xử lý những ca mà tài liệu chưa đề cập.
