Los Discord de comunidad se ahogan en las mismas preguntas de recién llegados, y los voluntarios se queman repitiendo respuestas. Este bot indexa tu documentación y tus FAQ, luego responde en el hilo cuando un miembro pregunta algo que ya cubre.
Cuando una pregunta cae fuera de lo que sabe, avisa a un moderador en lugar de improvisar. Los miembros reciben respuestas instantáneas en lo habitual, y tus ayudantes humanos solo intervienen en las preguntas que de verdad los necesitan.
