1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Techsy's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are entered into with Techsy Yapay Zeka ve Yazılım Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi (Kozyatağı Tax Office / 8331261182). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

Techsy provides software development services, including but not limited to enterprise solutions, CRM systems, mobile applications, and custom software development. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

4. Intellectual Property

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Prices are stated exclusive or inclusive of value added tax (KDV) as set out in the applicable agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt, and late payments may incur default interest under Turkish law.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Techsy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Turkish law.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Techsy and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Anadolu Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any dispute; for consumer matters, the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) and Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) have jurisdiction at the applicable monetary thresholds.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
